Was my everyday Dunkin but the attitude of the management (Sana) and some staff is horrendous. I refuse to visit this Dunkin or allow any one of my family members too. We are GOOD! A million Locations in this area. Just choose another!
The cashier was extremely rude and snappy with me. In the process of her being rude I honestly thought I mentioned to add oat milk instead, once I mentioned it the cashier started yelling and being rude. In another and time…..but we have to be careful how we talk to customers and mistakes happen so it’s no need yo be rude about it
I come here all the time since I work nearby. There are some workers who are rude and some are nice. Obviously if you order on the app you stand on the mobile order pick up line. These people see me all the time, granted I get they see thousands of people everyday but seeing someone almost everyday out of the week, you start to remember a face and a name, and they always ask, in a very nasty manner, “are you here for mobile pick up?” A woman employee with glasses is consistently rude, never smiles or greets customers.
