I am trying so much on not to be sounding rude but this place is trash …. Trust me do not go here. The food is awful, they never have or always runs out of the products.the manager is very bad over there . So rude and doesn’t know how to speak . She just wants to customers to leave asap. Even treats employees trashy . They all are always nice to me but her . She needs help. The earlier manager was so good . No complaints about food or atmosphere but the manager. Don’t go there if she is taking your order.
I never do reviews but for this store I had to - I just went there and was waiting in line - the manager is so so rude to everyone and even the employees. Very rude lady . She speaks so loud with her employees. They are better than her sometimes . I was so surprised when I saw how she spoke to one of the employee there . I left and also another lady left as well. Never go there if she’s there at register .
Got two old bagels from this location today. Does not serve fresh baked bagels. Stale and refrigerated.
I’ve given Dunkin two chances recently, but unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first coffee tasted burnt, and the second one tasted extremely watered down. I usually enjoy Dunkin, but lately the quality has not been good.
