Worst Dunkin ever, i go here just because it’s close to my work, they ALWAYS get my order wrong and today they over charged me. The check out screen said total of 7.80 something like that, tell me why i get to the window and she says 10.50, so i hand her the money and ask for a receipt, she charged me for items i didn’t order or even receive. This was my first time at this, the newest Dunkin' in Laurel. It will be my last. 1) It's Dunkin', so you know what you're getting food-wise. At least they have that going for them. 2) I came to this location for the Drive-Thru service, which is supposed to be fast. They're so slow here I still had to go inside. 3) The menu has the smallest selection I've seen at any Dunkin' in the area. 4) This location treats paying customers as if we can't be trusted to use the restroom. Waited in drive through for 6mins and my sandwich was still cold on the inside I didn't finish eating it
Only 3 kinds of doughnuts were on display and everyone was cleaning or working the drive through. No one could pay attention to the walk in customer
