Ordered three drinks and two were completely wrong. Went back to get them corrected and when I told the employee she insisted that only one of them were wrong until I told her to open the cup. There wasn’t any acknowledgement of the error or apologies for not wanting to fix the issue right away. Terrible service.
This dunkin NEVER EVER has anything in stock. Why have the promotions on the menu if you NEVER have them. The line is always freaking slow, they take your order and charge you and THEN tell you theyre out of that item and try to get you to substitute the item instead. literally the WORST Dunkin ive ever been to.
My kids love this place and very clean
