Went there at 11 am for a bacon egg and cheese and refresher. Ordered online to be informed once I get to the register that they do not have bacon. I'm like no bacon at all?? What kind of breakfast place has no bacon at 11 am?? I thought maybe he meant no black pepper bacon but none at all? So he looks to my boyfriend and asks if just egg and cheese is ok. If you're in a rush trying to hurry up and get coffee before work im the morning don't go here they are slow as hell!!! You can only have one car in front of you and it still takes 10 minutes to make it through the drive-thru slowest Dunkin' Donuts I ever been to
I'm a pretty regular customer at this Dunkin' location. Today on my normal commute to work I was asked by one of the employees here to leave a review. I won't reveal or say who it was for their privacy. They asked me to leave a review for the company stating that they have one oven and wait lines and times are extremely slow moving. What’s the point of mobile ordering ahead? Everytime I place my mobile order at this location I always experience the same BS. I get there and say my name for my order at the speaker. But then I get to the window and they look at me confused and I have to REPEAT I have a mobile order with my name and they don’t even have it ready. Makes no sense.
