What’s the point of mobile ordering ahead? Everytime I place my mobile order at this location I always experience the same BS. I get there and say my name for my order at the speaker. But then I get to the window and they look at me confused and I have to REPEAT I have a mobile order with my name and they don’t even have it ready. Makes no sense. I went here with my mom and we were waiting for almost 5 minutes and when she said “hello to get the person attention and she said pull up to the window. Like when where u gonna say that? And then we got 2 glaze dounts and 2 drinks 14 $ so when mom asked her again because that’s a lot of money she aid 1 4 and I really rude tone so we pulled off terrible service don’t come here the one by food loin is WAY better.
My second day coming to this Dunkin donuts and coffee made wrong ones again. Going to the other Donkin donuts for now on.
The guy at the drive thru didn't understand us at all, so when we got to the window (after waiting more than 10 minutes for them to appear), they asked us again how to make our coffee. On top of that, they forgot a straw for our tea, and my donut was stale
This place is the worst. I've been waiting in drive through for 30 minutes and there's only 2 cars ahead of me. Every-time I come here it's the same. I'm done!!
