I only go to this location when I don’t have time to go farther. The morning crew is very friendly however they never have the items I want. I used the mobile app to order and did not get the item because they didn’t have it. They told me I had to contact Dunkin to get a refund! Contacted them TWICE no call back, no email, nothing. I’m about to be done with Dunkin all together.
I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts this evening, and while I was waiting for my food, I saw a mouse running back and forth on the counter area where food and drinks are prepared. I brought this to the attention of a young employee. She was polite and said she would inform a manager, which I appreciated. However, seeing a mouse in the food preparation area is very unsanitary and concerning. Mice can carry disease, and this poses a potential health risk to customers.
