Terrible. They took forever to give me my food and it was sitting at the counter the entire time, all they had to do was hand it to me. Never again.
The drive-thru service is bad; they don't take orders. They say they're busy, but there's no one there. Terrible service; they should look for better staff.
This Dunkin donuts needs help. Look at the Google reviews for this Dunkin . Everytime I go through the drive thru, I can ask for something as simple as a "small fluffernutter coffee chiller" or a "glazed donut" and every single time they will ask me to repeat themselves (multiple employees- different days- always a rude tone). The place looks run down inside. Panels are literally hanging by one screw at the counter. No one greets you, no one says hello or asks how they can help. They just stare at you until they finish what they're doing. After I walked here, I still waited another 5-6 minutes to get my online pick up order. My bagel was burnt. I was hoping it just had so much everything on it that it was darker, took a bite and it just tastes burnt. Coffee tastes like water.
