I'm confused as to why the label on the outside of the cup never matches what's actually inside of it. It says "Md Hot Decaf Cof" so why is it more like a cold cup of lightly sweetened milk. This is happening at this location frequently and it's frustrating....

DONT EVER GO HERE !!! I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from this store. Despite placing an order on March 4th, 2026, I have yet to receive it. Furthermore, when attempting to contact the franchisee for a refund, my number was blocked, and the staff at the store claimed they could not assist me. Given my location is 5 hours away from the store, visiting in person is not feasible.
