Employee's boyfriend comes to where I work next door to use our toilet and leaves a mess because he thinks he's entitled to the code. He's not a customer or an employee of Dunkin. I just mopped, but me complaining turned into both of them screaming at me. I am not paid to clean after non employees and non customers. That is not my job. Our store bathroom is customer only. I placed an order for a stuffed ham and Swiss cheese croissant and a small ice tea. I got only the ice tea. Called the store number but it is continually busy. Had to call customer service for a refund of the ham Swiss sandwich. This was sloppy service. BUYER BEWARE😡😡
