The staff is rude, they don't know how to take the order correctly even when you have to repeat it several times. And they tried to charge me for things I didn't order. Very bad service.
Their quality control is getting worse! First, they got my sandwich wrong twice in my previous orders. Today, I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar. When I got to work and started drinking it, it was basically water + milk.
