This place is awful! I just moved to the area. Customer service is absolutely crap, always gives you an attitude, the lady at the drive through waves her hands at me to go as she’s handing me my coffee without giving me my change. If I were you I’d go down the street to the Dunkin that’s near Centerton ! Better customer service and the sweetest people!
Got the order wrong
Went at 8:35 @ drive thru, was told it was closed. If its closed, why are they there.. and why are they saying it's closed?? Hours say they are open until 9pm. Just curious.
Just visited as a stop over driving from New York! The male employee in the front was super helpful and respectful! He went out of his way to go above and beyond. Amazing asset to your Dunkin team!
