I go here often and there is an older woman who works in the morning who is so abruptly rude and can not figure out how to work anything. I order ahead all the time, and it’ll be a small coffee iced or hot, and there will literally be no one in the line and i get told to pull up because my order isn’t ready. As someone who used to work at a dunkin this is not how you run a Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s really sad how slow the service is.
