Absolutely terrible service. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The staff at the drive-thru were completely unresponsive and unhelpful when I asked a simple question about substituting a donut they were out of. Instead of offering any kind of solution, they acted like it was an inconvenience just to speak to me. They started out badly over year ago but have 2 people working that speak English and seem clean with drive through, only not much of food selection after all it’s a gas station!
They charge for Latta. Instead of an expresso shot they use brewed coffee.
Terrible service! They do not open at 5am as it says they do online. The workers will consistently ignore you when waiting at the intercom to order! When you drive up to the window to see why you aren’t receiving service they ignore you again. Unacceptable service, No professionalism or human decency to inform the customer what is going on. DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY BEFORE WORK !
