Ordered through the drive thru, was told to pull forward and wait for someone to give us our food, and waited for half an hour. Went here for the convenience, but won't be going here for "fast food" again. Also they didn't give us any napkins.
Yesterday was one of many bad experiences at this location. I ordered a Carmel craze iced latte and it looked like pure milk and just flavour. There was literally no colour to it. I took a sip of it and it was terrible. Definetly did not taste like an iced latte. So, I went back through the drive thru and just politely asked if it could be remade because it did not taste correct. Instead of just remaking it the worker was pretty much arguing with me over it. I ordered on DoorDash and I got a colada blue raspberry large. There’s like specs in it. And like white stuff green stuff on the lid
