I feel bad for the employees I feel they don’t get enough help at the busiest parts of the days. They’re always swamped with phone orders and trying to play catch up.
I had a bad experience with a very rude employee (only one) so after paying I left everything and went away I used to go every morning, but obviously after this experience I changed shop
Great dunkin donuts. Went here Sunday morning. Service was fast and the staff was extremely friendly! Coffee and donuts were great and fresh. A great dunkin location worth heading to even if you're not fr the area.
A customer service rep at this location has been consistently rude to me and has even called me a liar.I was going to report him then, but didn't.
