The coffee was watered down to an extreme that was gross I ended up tossing it. I wondered why the person in front of me left without the coffee they ordered. If I had known they sucked that bad I would be done with dunks.
Ordered a walk in to go order, 15 min in advance. Stood in restaurant for another 10 min before anyone acknowledged me. Told me they don’t start orders when they are busy until I arrive. Expect no one told me to check in and I have never seen a Dunkin operate this way. Took them 3 employees and 5 min to refund me when I asked. In the area a lot, will skip this Dunkin for sure

The worst dunkin donuts in the US. I bought a latte a the guy give me a glass of milk with heavy cream
Sat in the drive thru with literally no other customers for over 3 minutes as one of the people's mic still on they were having a conversation and swearing with no one saying anything to me I said hello and got no response so I said hello again and someone came on with a crazy attitude saying she'd be with me when she can I said dont worry about it with that attitude and left
