The lady is rude and the way she carries herself is absolutely not how someone should in a job wear people come in to get their morning coffee and start their days . On the phone distracted and really rude smh
This place is the worst the coffee and the food nothing like the one in 183 and grandconcourse and the one on 4 e fordham road. All employees from this location should get fired theyre rude ,when they're talking s out of they're mouth they dont even know what they're preparing. I ordered my order online and i went there and stood waiting for my order 20 minutes. This place is lame and lack of service
