I’m going to start off by saying that the customer service is horrible. The young lady was behind the register very rude very dismissive when I told her that my drink was made wrong. She said no it wasn’t and I showed her the receipt and then she said next time you need to speak up, louder, even though everything that I asked for was on the receipt She completely ignored what was on the receipt and did whatever she wanted to my drink so I asked for a refund and she told me no I asked to speak to a manager. Odd morning as I walk through the Dunkin Donuts in between Davidson & Grand Avenue. 08/17/26. Is this how the donuts are delivered? I don’t believe that’s sanitary.
