This was one of the worst Dunkin experiences I’ve had. The parking lot and drive-through setup are extremely cramped, and the line backs up onto the main road just to get into the lot. The service was painfully inefficient. The line barely moved, and there was no real flow to the drive-through. It took an unusually long time just to get through, and the person taking orders seemed overwhelmed. The interaction at the window was also off-putting. There was no greeting or communication. Employees were nice. Coffee was lighter than I wanted it. They put in extra cream which I didn't ask for
