Slowest service of all local Dunkins. Cars lined up all the way to Rte 20 in the AM. (Couldnt even get in at 9AM today.) Girls at drive thru stand around while 1 person takes her time filling orders. 10-15minutes to get 1 cup of coffee? Ridiculous. Going to Honey Dew down rte 20 in future. Great coffee, fast cheerful service!
Hello, I Order Uber Eats here today and the order was not safely packaged at all bag arrived opened.
Terrible service; the staff have a bad attitude, and they don't deliver orders correctly or completely.
By far the SLOWEST service location on the city of Marlborough. Unfortunately I've been here several times and the shortest I've ever waited was 10 minutes. This franchisee needs to hire more people, stop being so cheap.
