Terrible service; the staff have a bad attitude, and they don't deliver orders correctly or completely.
By far the SLOWEST service location on the city of Marlborough. Unfortunately I've been here several times and the shortest I've ever waited was 10 minutes. This franchisee needs to hire more people, stop being so cheap.
Rude as hell staff. No sense of customer service. Told them to change the gloves for bacon allergy; the server infront of me handed bacon sandwiches to other customer and handed to me my sandwich after I mentioned “bacon allergy!”
I had to order Uber eats to get my coffee in my delivery driver told me that they flung the bag yeah well they spilled my entire coffee over everything else that was in the bag then I tried to call them and they didn't answer the phone worst customer service I have ever experienced
