Nasty customer service, I asked for a coffee with no milk 1 pump of pumpkin, the lady hands me over a cup that clearly is so light because of the sugar. She gave me a nasty attitude and proceeded to give me another drink. And rolled her eyes. Beyond rude.
Terrible customer service, rather go to a further location then this location.
I recently visited this Dunkin' location to grab a coffee and opted to use Apple Pay for convenience. Unfortunately, following this transaction, I noticed unauthorized charges appearing on my account. I strongly advise patrons to monitor their financial statements closely when visiting this branch or to consider using cash instead.
Workers were sitting around in the back and behind the registers at 5pm with the doors locked when their hours of operations run until 9pm, on a weekday no less.
