I recently visited this Dunkin' location to grab a coffee and opted to use Apple Pay for convenience. Unfortunately, following this transaction, I noticed unauthorized charges appearing on my account. I strongly advise patrons to monitor their financial statements closely when visiting this branch or to consider using cash instead.
Workers were sitting around in the back and behind the registers at 5pm with the doors locked when their hours of operations run until 9pm, on a weekday no less.
I only go there sometimes for convenience but they still haven’t gotten my order right.
