They really need to get security because every morning my wife have to deal with homeless people standing in front begging. A young lady just got her scooter stolen infront of the this dunken trying to get coffee.
There are about 6 homeless people in front of the door every day. It makes it very unwelcoming. They stand there begging everyone and it makes me feel like I should take my service elsewhere. Maybe security would help the situation.
Very bad customer service when you order online even you go pick up the order you have to wait in line the order is not ready Even the manager of the store is big attitude and bad customer service
On January 8, I ordered a maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich. While eating it, I felt like I was chewing on paper, and upon inspection, I realized the cheese still had the paper wrapping on it.
