service and quality is subpar compared to other locations. Iced coffee is brewed incorrectly here and tastes very bitter and gross.

I was disappointed with both the food quality and the service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg and sausage, but it was covered in charred carbon flakes, likely from burnt toast or the grill. The hash browns were also stale and served at room temperature, which completely took away from what should have been a quick and enjoyable breakfast. Probably the best Dunkin I've been to. I went one day and receive excellent service from one person. And then went there next day expecting not the same type of service, but received the same type of service as the day before from a different person. Also, you can see from their wall of pictures that they serve the community well and are very in tune with the people who live in the area.
