I don’t know why everyone who works in this dunking is incredibly rude and disgusting. Today I went and ordered a medium iced caramel latte with regular milk and no whip cream. My instructions were standard and clear and I get a caramel latte with almond milk and whip cream. This Dunkin’ is honestly the worst location I have ever been to. I have ordered my iced caramel latte from this location more than 20 times, hoping it would get better, but it never does. It tastes like water every single time, with almost no coffee flavor. I order the exact same drink from other Dunkin’ locations, and it tastes completely different and actually good. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered hash browns, and they were clearly not fresh. They looked old, were dry, and tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time instead of being freshly made. I paid for fresh food and expected much better quality. I hope the management pays closer attention to food freshness and quality control so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
