Ordered ahead on mobile app. Waited the time it took to drive there, AND an additional 20 minutes. People that ordered in store after me were getting their items before I did. Asked for status on order, and was just told "we are busy". On top of losing more than 30 minutes waiting for this ridiculously slow service, the order was also completely wrong. Shoulda known better. Almost 3 weeks ago I went to this location and the they accidentally charged me for my order and the person behind me at the drive thru. The 2 women working had a full blown argument in front of me about who charged me what, and then proceeded to blame what appeared to be a new employee. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I stepped in and tell them to consider it a “pay it forward” because they could not figure out how to fix it and they were holding me up from an appointment.
