Some if the employees are nice, but there is one lady that is rude. My biggest issue with the place is all of the cross-contamination that happens here. They don't change their gloves between touching pork, cheese, hash browns, bread etc. My kids are allergic to milk products and I see them touching cheese and then my kids food, then when I tell them to do it over, they have an attitude and start talking in thieir language that I don't understand. I went in their today worst coffee of my life and they rushed me to pay and when I got my coffee it was all milk and caramel and I went back for them to make it again and she added a splash of coffee worst experience ever and it’s always then same crap from these people here worst Dunkin of them all can’t even make coffee here …
I was in the area running errands and walked in to buy a few dozen donuts and a few iced coffees. The lady acted like I was bothering her by walking in. I told her to forget it and walked out. I will take my business elsewhere. If the owner ever comes across this… change personnel and you might get some business!
I order a Medium Ice Matcha Latte with French Vanilla Sweetener, My matcha ice latte tasted like dirty water no flavor, when I ask for more matcha she got upset! Then tells me she forgot to add the French Vanilla sweetener that’s why I was experiencing that taste! Yuck! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEIR ATTITUDE DISGUSTING!!!
I’m not sure what’s wrong with the employees at this specific dunkin but every time I visit, I’m reminded why I choose to visit the one that further on Castle Hill. No matter how clear you are with your order details they will find a way to change it and when you correct them they WILL try and argue with you.
