Food is especially 3D/Digital tasting here. It feels like it's been warmed under a lamp or with a charger. They don't make special orders, only stuff on the menu and if you try to customize it they call you crazy. Workers are always screaming/arguing and you can hear it. They gatekeep every item and when you try to ask you have to ask a billion times for some ketchup or sugar. You can get some extra free food if you're Bengali though, I guess...

I stop by this Dunkin pretty often and they're always quick and friendly. My coffee's usually spot on, and the donuts taste fresh. It's a convenient spot, especially if you're catching the train nearby.
I come here often if I could give 5 stars to the AM manager I would she’s always friendly and great customer service but the afternoon staff is horrible. Twice already one young girl because she seemed to not understand English very well and was getting upset with me and I think she purposely messed the drink up that I just threw it out. Then today a young man was eating I assume was his lunch and when I went to order he had a very nasty attitude like I am bothering him.
