Terrible! I was able to order a candy bar latte yet when I get to the window there is no candy on my latte that taste like milk and water, so I ask the woman at the window and she tells me they have discontinued it. I asked why she didn't tell me this when I ordered the drink and she tells me she didn't take my order. Terrible service. Terrible drinks. Terrible donuts. If I could give zero starts I would
I asked for an iced latte with whipped cream and a flat lid. They told me I couldn’t have both and was forced to use a dome lid for no reason. I have been here before and ordered a whipped cream with a flat lid and it was given to me. I don’t understand why I can go to multiple different Dunkins and they can produce me the same drink with Whipped cream and a flat lid, but this Dunkin is unable to and refuses to do so.
I usually stop by this Dunkin before work, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. They take orders quick, and my food is usually done very quick! This is by far the best Dunkin around the area in terms of friendliness and food quality. My drink is always made correctly as well, and I can’t say the same for other Dunkin’s around.
Genuinely unsure how a fast food chain in this day/age can consistently have lower quality food than every other franchise in the area, but this Dunkin has managed it. Every bagel or donut I've gotten from this particular store has been hard or seemingly stale. I really thought after being open for a while they'd get it together, but they've been open for over 2 years now and still the food is unacceptable. Employees are the only upside, they've always been pleasant and fast.
