Terrible customer service. I only come to this location because my daughter asks for it, but every single visit leaves me regretting it. The staff is consistently glued to their phones and completely ignores customers waiting at the counter. Even after saying "Hello" multiple times to get their attention, I was ignored while the employee kept looking down at their phone. I went to this location at 7:40 pm on Saturday, August 29th. A young woman with black hair and glasses has a poor and bad attitude. I requested for my latte to be made a certain way, which is something I always do when going there. When it was made, it wasn’t made the way I like it. It was bitter and strong in taste. Bathroom needs to be sanitized from top to bottom. Donuts were old. Counterstaff was nice.
