This was my favorite spot to get coffee, Buttt when you are money hungry then that sucks! I used to go to this location almost everyday, i tip whenever I have cash. Today I had cash and they “joked” that they wanted to keep the change, hahaha damnn, thats disrespectful and very rude. I should’ve gotten my 20 back and left, but they caught me off guard and was shocked, its my business if i want to tip everyday or not, also spending everyday over $11 on donuts and coffee and If i have my kids with me i spend $20. I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Sonia! She gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. My food came out quickly, my order was 100% correct, and the entire staff was very pleasant and welcoming. It’s always great to start your day with not just good coffee, but great service too.
