I went this morning and have visited this location before as its walking distance from school, the staff is outright rude. I walked in and waited 5 minutes while the staff was yelling among themselves before anyone came to the register. I said good morning and the female staff member just stared at me, I started my order and after every item she would cut me off and tell me the total I had to pay, mind you I only ordered a coffee, donut and munchkins. The food is good obviously, but its a walking and out place.
Terrible and rude. The coffees are poorly made. Same with the matcha lattes, they were white! Anyone that knows about matcha it has to be green I understand I’m not going to get an authentic one but other Dunkin’s have been great. When asked to get it darker they just put more powder on top and told me to mix it…… Just attitude all around, not a good experience at this Dunkin
