Fast, friendly and my order is always right.
This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a large Iced matcha, then watched through the window as the girl didnt even have half a cup worth of drink start pouring in ice to make it appear full. If im paying over $6.00 for a drink I expect to be given a full drink, not a cup of ice. Thoroughly disappointed in Dunkin
We were staying in the area for a few days straight. We stopped eaely each morning for large coffees, both with extra cream. Never did we get extra cream. The coffee was so strong it was bitter and barely a shade of brown (no wheres near "extra cream"). Big disappointment as we always go to Duncan and have never experienced this before. We also stopped here one day in the mid-afternoon and got the same coffees we always order, and they were perfect. Why the inconsistencies in how they make coffee? Nothing about our order was correct except the size and it was hot vs ice coffee. We only ordered two cups inside.
