The freshers are amazing the pink sun cloud 20/20 i highly recommended it
We ordered inside and they didn't get the order correct. No offer to even correct it.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and showed no concern for customers or DoorDash drivers waiting for their orders. They spent their time laughing and talking among themselves while people were left waiting without any updates or acknowledgment. A little professionalism and respect for customers’ time would go a long way. I hope management addresses this issue because the service was unacceptable.
Excellent customer service
I ordered a coffee with cream and the creamer curdled. I asked them to remake it because I didn’t want to drink curdled cream and it came back worse than the first drink. Overall the store was very dirty, the donuts were not fresh, and the girl behind the counter either could t hear us or she wasn’t paying attention to the questions we had. Photos included of the coffee with curdled cream. I will not be returning to any Dunkin’ Donuts at this point.
