Please note that my experiences here have been drive through only. Usually the wait isn’t too bad. I really enjoyed their frozen vanilla coffee. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are pretty good too. The staff are good people.
This location was the final straw in swearing off Dunkin’ forever. After receiving three dozen completely wrong donuts and not realizing until I got to work, then following up twice with customer service hoping to get contacted… absolutely no response. I am a longtime Bostonian and would love to keep supporting Dunkin’ but this was the last $32 I’ll be spending there. The customer service lack of reply makes it obvious customers won’t be missed.
