I ordered a cookie dough frozen coffee and unfortunately had a really bad experience. Two ladies were working at the time — one of them told me they were out of the cookie dough cream, so she gave me some options and I chose chocolate instead. I was clearly disappointed, and the other woman actually laughed at me for it, which I felt was really unprofessional. I have an addiction to cappucino and they are consistently great, not a small task as no other dunkin seems to get it right. Quae (my bad if misspelled) on the early morning shift is a rockstar and super pleasant.I drive ten minutes out of my way to get great cappucinos. Well worth
