I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Dunkin location, and unfortunately they all center around the same employee, who I believe is named Amber. She is tall with dark hair and has consistently been rude and dismissive when taking orders. On several occasions, her tone has come across as irritated and unprofessional, making what should be a quick and pleasant stop for coffee feel uncomfortable. I just used the drive-thru pick up for a box of joes and dozen assorted donuts. They were on time but the donuts were not assorted. They gave me 3x 4 different kinds - 3x chocolate glazed x3, french cruellers, 3x old fashioned, and 3x powder coated jelly filled.... not sure where the boston cream or other varieties were. Not really impressed. If I ordered again, id have to literally type out every donut they should put in the mix. EDIT: AGAIN, I ordered from here bc apparently DoorDash only allows ordering from this location and I figured I would try one more time bc the Dunkin by me is usually good, but nope my order was AWFUL. Missing both orders of bacon, the hash browns were complete mush, and the coffee from here is absolutely horrendous. AWFUL FOOD, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Officially banning Dunkin’ Donuts all together, I will only go to Starbucks from now on. Get it together. Disgusting! I accidentally ordered from here, and of course the food ... read more
Who doesn't love Dunkin
Food is always great! I love waking up with a breakfast sandwich just wish the coffee was a bit more consistent. Service is always friendly!
