Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. At the drive-thru I had to repeat my order multiple times because the staff kept talking over me and clearly weren’t listening. It felt disorganized and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and what I received was basically a black iced coffee with no cream or sugar. When I went I was nice too. Young lady was amazing there but I just don’t understand how someone messes up a simple order. I’m lactose so I said bacon and egg bagel, they gave me cheese on it. I find it odd that I was given something that wasn’t asked for. Sure, most get cheese but I feel like I said “bacon” and “egg” quite clearly. But thanks for ruining my morning. Cheers.
