When you ask for decaf they give you regular. I purchased decaf, and the attendant poured from the black, not red spout. Then they try to tell you it's decaf. When regular coffee was poured from the same spigot just two cups before.
Faye (hope I spelled your name right) was so helpful and kind. She helped me pick out the perfect donuts for my elementary students. Great service and thank you Faye!
There's nothing like Dunkin' coffee.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I informed the worker of my dietary restriction (no pork) and politely asked if they could accommodate my order. Instead of assisting me, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and outright refused to serve me. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she made me feel as if my request was an inconvenience rather than a simple accommodation. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin’ before.
