My drink was delicious
Customer service was great.
Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. At the drive-thru I had to repeat my order multiple times because the staff kept talking over me and clearly weren’t listening. It felt disorganized and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and what I received was basically a black iced coffee with no cream or sugar. The sticker even said “regular,” so either the order was entered incorrectly or it was completely ignored when being made. ... read more
