The attitude of the lady speaking and at the window was the worst i’ve ever gotten here. i asked what something was and answered back like i was stupid. gave her the cash after i dropped my card in between my seats and had the worst look on her face.
I don’t review too often anymore, but this place has compelled me to post. It was soooooooo BAD. My husband did a mobile order, and we had given them plenty of time to get everything ready. When we get there, the order wasn’t ready. Like other reviews, they were out of the cookie dough for my husband’s iced coffee. He had to change his order right there. Slow. Employees don't care. Always a line and always out of something where you'll have to change your order at the window anyways. Stay clear they should shut this place down
If you don't like working in customer service, please find something else to do. Being rude and disrespectful is not acceptable. Thank you; I prefer to spend my money elsewhere.
