Awful. When we pulled up to the drive thru, the dude taking orders was asleep in a chair outside. I ordered a coffee chiller with 3 pumps of caramel. Same dude couldn’t even make the correct coffee base. Made the same one wrong three times! My drink just tasted like milk. Another dude finally took over. It was runny, not frozen and was just coffee. They both moved so slow , I was there a good 15 -20 min for one drink. Won’t ever stop there again.
The lady in the drive thru was very polite and patient
