My original review is below, however this location has changed for the worse over the past month. New staff members are indifferent, seem very confused, communication issues, and SLOW. Went in recently to see if pickup would be better than drive-thru. 4 people working. Zero customers. Order was not ready after 10 min. I asked. The guy behind counter ripped the order off the list and began filling the coffee. No words were spoken. Then he got my donuts. Entire time 3 of staff speaking between themselves. All personal. It takes 15 minutes from ordering to getting the food in drive through. I ordered hot latte and plain donut. But I got iced latte and strawberry donut. The associate seems very frustrated. Maybe the ordering system is not working well. I gave him a coupon he even doesn’t want to check it and tell me the full price until I told him it’s a coupon. Very bad experience.
Two days in a row my order was cancelled. One of the days they said it’s because they were closed but they weren’t. The second day, supposedly they were out of literally everything in the store. Don’t bother trying to call either because they don’t answer.
They messed up my order twice because they dont speak English. They have no idea what is on the menu or the ingredients when asked.
