Two days in a row my order was cancelled. One of the days they said it’s because they were closed but they weren’t. The second day, supposedly they were out of literally everything in the store. Don’t bother trying to call either because they don’t answer.
They messed up my order twice because they dont speak English. They have no idea what is on the menu or the ingredients when asked.
This may be my favorite location. It's relatively easy to get in, get your order and get back on the road. Being a couple blocks off the interstate makes for a short and quick detour. Service is always great and drinks are always as expected.
The employees would not listen correctly to the order. I ordered Bevarian Cream Filled Donuts, and I received powdered Vanilla Cream filled donuts. Then, when I explained the donuts that were given were incorrect, she told me that what she gave me was cream filled and would not replace them. I dont like powdered donuts. Just visited the store and after standing at the register waiting to order for 5min and watching staff restock and talk amongst each other walked out. Apparently they have no need for business. I completely understand being busy in food service, I also understand when staff is being lazy and incompetent.
