The customer service here is so good. You can tell they care about your Dunkin experience. This location even showed me how to work the dunkin app so I can earn points. More locations need to be like this location. A plus.
This morning it was such a disaster with dealing with the waiter/cashier she has such a bad ass attitude that nobody from MTA likes, whenever you ask for something it seems to be a problem and the manager who runs the place need to revamp his staff or corporate will be getting a call from me by the end of the week before the Holiday.
