Roaches / flies homeless begging at door.. something as simple as plain coffee, disgusting...customer service zero
They literally dont know how to do a latte. Dont even bother, you will get something like a regular coffee. I asked them kindly to do again, and they did. Its same. Dont spend your money other than the old plain coffee. They cant execute anything complicated than that. I wasted my money… unfortunate.
Waited 30 minutes for a bagel got the order wrong and the hashbrowns were cooked
Scalding hot coffee, no coffee sleeve, asked for another cup instead cause im burning my hand holding it and they wanted to charge me a dollar 😆 Asking to get sued for burn injuries
