The manager here has the nastiest attitude I’ve been in here a few times n my food order is never how I want it and she tried to tell me she wasn’t going to make my order over when it was wrong , you don’t tell a paying customer that it’s completely rude and unprofessional, I will no longer go to the establishment I rather drive longer for better service … do better
The Service is wonderful the stuff is amazing very nice and professional wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to pay 75 cents. At Starbucks, I get water for free every time without an issue. Charging for water feels really cheap on Dunkin’s part—it’s a small gesture that can go a long way in customer satisfaction.
