Our experience at this location was terrible from start to finish. When we arrived, no one was at the register. After several minutes, an employee appeared and said someone else would help us, but no one came. More customers walked in, and everyone was just waiting around confused. After about 10 minutes, two employees came out talking about missing supplies instead of helping customers. These ladies work very hard to provide good service and timely manner. It’s clear that they take pride in their job which is somewhat rare these days… Thank you ladies for your dedication to customer satisfaction!
Never staffed right and the staff is rude online orders should be priority i don't order ahead so I can get there and wait and then the worker is even more rude at the end of it fix this or dunkin should pull the franchise agreement
