Most of the people that work here are great! The drinks are wonderful but if they make a mistake they will fix it. It only seems to happen at the drive-thru usually because of all the traffic sometimes they have trouble hearing you.
Attempted to visit this Dunkin’ location again, and once again there was a problem with my order. Today, an item was missing, and unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back inside to deal with it. I also tried calling the number listed online, but the number doesn’t even work. At this point, this location seriously needs customer service training or a complete overhaul in staffing.
