The manager at this location (white wide older female) was hesitant to give me a refund because I didn't like the quality of their food As well as them getting the order wrong. She was trying to argue with me that the donuts were glazed, but they were dry . She asked me how I would like the refund. I told her through card and She asked me to answer it and I asked her can I use Apple Pay since my card is in my card and she said yeah I can do Apple Pay and then give me cash and i'm like huh? Just bought a drink from there, a specialty drink. Wanted a different drink that was listed on the menu. They said they didn't have it any more. So I think they need to take it off menu..... after getting the drink we ordered nobody says anything to you, not even a Thank You. One drink is almost $8.00. Courtesy please!!!!! Nobody seems happy at their job.
The staff is unbelievably rude.
