The people gave us our order knowing full well it was wrong, didn’t tell us and when we went back in, he said “we don’t not care”
Great young men working the day I was there.
I had to explain to the guy that I was using the app. He didn’t know why I had held out my phone to scan the barcode. The drink came out hot and when I told him I had ordered it iced he just stared at me for a few seconds..it was uncomfortable. The new drink still didn’t taste right. This place has really gone downhill the last few years.
Food is always great, but service is HORRIBLE, as someone who has been in customers service most of my career, this is not how it’s done. I usually have a mobile order and go through the drive through. I’m greeted with “can I help you.” Which isn’t the worst—not the best—not the worst tho. I’ll say I have a mobile order, which the usual response is “pull up.” Nothing more, nothing less.
