I had a really good experience at this. Dunkin'. I'll admit their donuts have literally gone to crap since they started the freeze and thaw. But the food was actually good and the service was really good.
So pretty disappointed with my last two ventures to this location. As someone who has grown up in an area where there is a DD on every other corner, and has done the job, this location does not capture the brand. I generally don't mind speaking to those not fluent in American English, i have all the patience for it. What I have a problem with is that person being in a rush, LIKE I'M THE INCONVENIENCE. I paid 8 bucks for a matcha latte that they didn't get right. The order taker isn't necessarily proficient in English. I looked at my credit card app and I got charged 8.25 for a single drink. Never going here again.
Nice and friendly place.
