It was ok to expensive!
Dunkin at this location use to be amazing. Now it's run by a bunch of idiots. Today I bought donuts and a hair was in the frosting and I went back and asked for my money back and even showed her. The Indian women said No refunds, no manager was there and she would be back in the morning. I tried to explain to her every store has to have a manger on duty. I wasn't leaving. I had a really good experience at this. Dunkin'. I'll admit their donuts have literally gone to crap since they started the freeze and thaw. But the food was actually good and the service was really good.
So pretty disappointed with my last two ventures to this location. As someone who has grown up in an area where there is a DD on every other corner, and has done the job, this location does not capture the brand. I generally don't mind speaking to those not fluent in American English, i have all the patience for it. What I have a problem with is that person being in a rush, LIKE I'M THE INCONVENIENCE.
