Great experience at Dunkin'! Amber was so nice and patient with us, even though we kept adding to our order. She stayed friendly, had a great attitude, and made sure we had everything we needed. Customer service like that is hard to find. Thanks, Amber!
The Do-Nuts are horrible….
Service was a joke this morning. The lady at the window was complaining about how pissed off she was where I could hear her then, tried giving me my food and sending me on my way without my drink. I get home to find that my drink is wrong and tastes burnt and my food is cold in the center. Not happy and will not return to this location.
Donuts were hard/stale. Ice coffee not prepared correctly. Sad..
