Called about a cake order and Adam was so nice and helpful despite how busy it sounded in the background.
I went through the drive thru at 9:56 am on 12/19/2025. Per my receipt, Sealynn took my order. I had to repeat myself at the clown's head because she could not hear me. I ordered a drink and 6 donuts. Sealynn asked which donuts I would like, so I said to pick whatever she wants. She then told me to pull up. When I got to the window I had the joyous (sarcasm noted) privilege of encountering Fran. She stuck her hand out the window with a non-descript, small bag in it.
