Terrible experience all around, would never recommend my family or friends to this place to be treated like this. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. 0 stars!
Do not walk in to this location. There were 3 cars in the drive thru, they served them and never acknowledged the 2 customers inside, even after we both said hi and attempted to get their attention. Two more cars pulled into the drive thru and they began serving them. After 10 minutes they failed to serve me or the other customer, so I left without ordering.
Picked up donuts at the end of the day for the next morning, love their blueberry donuts , great service as always
This location charges for ice. That's all I'm gonna say. But the workers were nice. Had I checked the other reviews before coming I would of went to another location...
Husband ordered two lattes & donut. Girls behind counter didn't appear to know how to make a latte. Coffee was strong but OK. We sat outside and enjoyed nice sunny afternoon. Went back in & asked for small cup of water. Was told cost would be $1.09. Stated we were sitting outside with the lattes and needed a cup of water. They insisted cost would be $1.09.
