This used to be my favorite location. They used to always be super nice, they have some new employees now & there extremely rude. My food is always thrown together sloppy. I ordered a wake up wrap and the egg & sausage was thrown outside of the tortilla, every morning they never put my cold foam on, that i paid extra for & then they proceed to get an attitude when I politely ask them to add the cold foam. I’d rather take my money to the location a few miles further.
Great place to grab some quick breakfast.
My experience with Dunkin is very so-so. It really depends on who is in charge of my order.
Every time I have visited this Dunkin’ location there is something wrong with my order. While my drinks are always made correctly and taste good, the food is a different story. The bagel minis are always ice cold and today I was given the wrong food order. I ordered the egg white and vegetable egg bites and was given bacon and cheese. Cold food is one thing, however, a food order that could have an effect on someone’s food sensitivities, allergies, or religious dietary restrictions is completely different.
My bagel minis are never warmed up all the way through and makes for not a pleasant dining experience. However, my refreshers are always very good.
