I visited Dunkin yesterday and it was a great experience. I believed that I had made a mobile order, which did not happen. As I arrived, the man who was at the window informed me that they had not yet got any mobile order, so I simply made it there instead. I had ordered some sandwiches and some beverages and frankly speaking it took me not more than 3 minutes which was much faster than I had imagined. If you like your coffee made wrong, cold food, or donuts with zero filling this is your place to go. Order a dozen brownie batter donuts which cost more than regular donuts. Waited 20 minutes for them to make some as he told me they sold out even though I seen a dozen sitting there. Got my donuts and the box was covered in frosting out of the twelve 10 of them had almost to no filling. Was very disappointed having to wait just to receive my donuts with no filling. Never had anything but issues at this location.
Food is OK. Staff just makes you wanna fight first thing in the morning. Rude as hell. Edit: 2026 Still rude, inconsistent, and all around bad at the job. The only hope in this place is the nice, older lady who doesn't work everyday, unfortunately.
