I am a Dunkin’ Donuts advocate, like I’m gonna choose Dunkin’ Donuts over a Starbucks or any other coffee option but THIS location? I’d PREFER any other coffee from anywhere else over this location. It’s not a good experience every time I’ve attempted to go. They had three cars in the drive-through for more than 15 minutes. I go inside to see if they’re busy. They’re not busy at all! I had a pretty disappointing experience yesterday morning at the Dunkin' on South Clark Rd in Duncanville. I pulled into the drive-thru a little after 5 a.m. and sat at the speaker for a few minutes with no response. I actually drove around to make sure they were open, saw someone inside, and got back in line same thing, just waiting with no one taking orders.
