Everyone was nice they fixed my order with no issues and did everything to make sure I was happy it was like 4 or 5 young lady they was very nice and smile like happy to be at work I’m come 2/3 times a week

Just went to this restaurant to get a very simple order. One glazed, one glazed chocolate. 2 donuts. I pull off, go across the street for gas, come home and open my bag and what a damn shame. First of all, no napkins in my bag. Local donut shops do this with one eye open. Second, my order was wrong. How do you confuse glazed chocolate with a non glazed chocolate donut?????? Will not be coming back here in the mornings. Black heavy set lady is rude and slamming things like she doesn’t want to work there. I had an online pick up order and had a hard time getting help with an item they didn’t have they don’t know how to get a refund on an online mobile order or offer to replace the item. She also kept ignoring me and is just rude!

I make sure I order my food 15 mins in advance because I know they’re slow yet every time I come in this place they’re moving like molasses. SLOW. Order ain’t NEVER ready on time. Please get faster working employees, manage your orders accordingly to promote better customer service,
