Best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. My new go to spot every morning . Delicious!! Girls are so sweet and fast ! Love it
I always go to this particular store whenever I'm walking downtown or just need to sit down and use my tablet or computer to work on my assignments for school. Whenever I get the chance to order, most of the employees are not very friendly and they seem a bit hostile. A young lady even gave me a look of disgust or anger whenever she took my order. Well Lashanda has managed to finally push the most patient over the edge. Every morning we go and every time order she makes me repeat it 5 times, each item. She truly hates her job and she lets everyone who orders through drive know it. I am trying to get in touch with the regional manager or store owner as she is supposedly the general manager? Please email me if you know who these people are who have a much better attitude and if they are a manager talk to my wife and I. This is the 20th time I have had to try and joke be... read more
Store was dead. No employees in my visual. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Finally an older lady came from the back. I asked her for the manager. She claimed to be the owner. "DISAPPOINTMENT" She told me I needed patience like I want there waiting already. I hate I still spent my hard earned money here. Kiddos were hungry. Dunkn customer service is going down the drain.
NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY The "owner" took my order. She was unfriendly and rude. "Owner" used profanity with my 3 year old right there. I love supporting locally owned business'. I just dont recommend this one.
