They were not very nice, and didn’t know much when we asked questions. And this was our second visit to a dunkin, the first was in Vegas which we loved and wanted to try one more before heading back home.This time the coffee was not good.

They don’t open at 6. They open at 7. Super rude woman working there yelled at us even though the sign on the door says they open at 6. Can’t be that hard to change the sign for open hours
I've been to this location I want to say 10 times. Every time they're out of something. Today at 9:30 am. They were out of tortillas for the wake-up wraps. Last time they were out of hash browns. The other time it was something else. Cashiers always hiding somewhere. The poor cook is always struggling with something. This is the only Dunkin location in South Reno. It is really sad to see it doesn't hold the name well.
Blonde lady on the heavier side was extremely rude. She does not know how to treat customers properly.
