Donuts not fresh and was early morning
Here visiting, Whatever employee is working on may 27th around 7-8am, is very rude! Seemed overwhelmed because she had 3 customers! Me and my fiancé ordered hash browns and 2 sandwiches, she mixed everything together, hash browns together with my meat sandwich, asked her if she can make sure it’s separate because my fiancé is a vegetarian, she snatched the box back grabbed 6 hash browns out of the box bare handed with no gloves and basically threw the box back at us. We admittedly haven’t ever ordered from a large chain donut shop but the woman working was disproportionately mean and sarcastic towards us for accidentally listing the donuts we wanted at the counter instead of when she was grabbing them because we thought it might’ve been a place were you list them on the computer first which is definitely on us and we are sorry for the half second mix up but her staring at us like we were dumb instead of correcting us then and proceeding the tack on an unnecessarily snide comment didn’t f... read more
