Friendliness of employees and customers
So I was visiting family in Duncan South Carolina and Mustang at a nearby hotel. I placed an order on the app and I always get the same thing, Large Ice Coffee, 7 creams, 7 mochas and seven 7 sugars. When I arrived, I asked for my order and was given a medium-sized cup although the sticker stated large. I told the young man that I ordered a large.
