One particular employee who works afternoon shifts, a man in his 40s-50s, has caused issues with me repeatedly. He is aggressive, rude, argumentative, to the point where he yells at me through the drive thru window while I am waiting in line, and puts his hands on my car door to shut it. Getting your correct order is a guessing game…
I can’t even find this location on Yelp but this used to be one of my favorite Dunkins and it has absolutely gone downhill. Not sure if management changed or what the issue is but every time I go there now they’re extremely rude and try to tell me that they gave me a drink when they didn’t. They have done this twice out of the few times that I’ve been going recently due to the arrogance coming from the workers as well as I have them scan my Dunkin card with PLENTY of money on it, and then they tell me I still owe money…DO NO... read more
