I pulled through the drive thru around 5:30 pm today and sat for about 4-5 mins before pulling off thinking they had closed early just to see two girls inside avoiding the window when I drove past, mind you they were not busy at all. Thanks to Crystal, this was easily one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve had—and the worst part is, they weren’t even busy. I pulled up just trying to grab a donut for my kid, who specifically asked for something with rainbow colors. I asked a simple question about it, and when I was told the options were strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla, I followed up with a completely reasonable question: is that the filling, or is it a glaze on the outside? I've been coming here faithfully for years. Not only for myself, but to grab my coworkers treats on Fridays. Past few visits the atmosphere has been full of attitude. Drinks are made and just set on counter. No orders are ever called out anymore and people are left standing to guess what is what. Today was yet another disappointment. This DD couldn’t spell COFFEE if Vanna already turned _OFFEE. They can find a way to mess up every order. The drive thru couldn’t be slower. The mobile app should ask ARE YOU REALLY SURE YOU WANT THIS LOCATION?
