I moved to penfield 2 years ago and I have always gone to this Dunkin! Everytime I go everyone is so kind, friendly, and speedy! Even when there are long lines (especially in the morning) and customers are giving the employees a hard time, the employees remain polite and patient. If anything is ever forgotten by mistaken (rarely!) they are always the first to apologize and correct the mistake (we’re humans and we all make mistakes so I’m never upset). Got a Hot Chocolate and a coolatta, their speaker was broken so we ordered at the window where they clearly repeated our order. When at the window, we waited quite a while until they gave us the wrong order. We had to wait even longer for them to realize we were still there, and refused a refund due to "no managers on staff", I was told to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager if I wanted my refund. This is the only location I've ever had a problem at.
