I placed my order and got my drink quickly (that employee was friendly and efficient). There was one order ahead for hot food and then the next order came out and was mine. It happened to be the same order as the person after me. The worker would not give it to me and gave it to the next guy and said “same order. He was waiting”. They serve iced coffee as cold brew. Thought I was crazy, but I'm sure of it now that it's happened multiple times.
These people don’t know how to run a business. People are impatient who work in here.
Worst Dunkin I have been to out of hundreds. Refused to accept DD rewards and did not give us our food when it was ready
