I usually enjoy matcha drinks here, but lately I’ve noticed a lack of consistency. Sometimes it’s smooth and great, but other times (like today), it’s full of clumps and clearly not mixed well. It really depends on who’s making it that day, which makes it hit or miss. I just want to kindly remind your team: Please put your heart into what you do! A little extra care in preparation goes a long way in keeping loyal customers coming back.
The food poorly made, served Bacon served cold bacon wasn't done serving portions was incorrect. One slice of bacon was cut into three pieces.
