I came in to the dunks looking for the spider straw topper. It was 7:40p a few nights ago, website and store hours for dunks is til 8p with drive thru open til 9p. Per Google, anyways there was an older man who was super rude when I was excited to see the spider collection. He barked at me “we are closed”. Mean while I’m like there is still 15 minutes left. Short older lady waited on me after a few mins of looking at me and sighing. Came over and said “you again?” It was my 1st time there. I said “ Excuse me?” Then she said “ I just wanna go home. What do you want?” Rudest i have ever been treated.
Horrible service… waited in line for almost 10 min and didn’t get my late. The old lady that was going to take my order was vary rude..
The manager told an older woman to take my order, she shouted NO then he told her again. She had just finished saying how disgusting one of the machines was. She walked up to me said "what do you want?" with a rude tone and as I said my order she huffed and was annoyed. I immediately (in front of her manager) told her nevermind and I will not be spoken to like that and her extremely poor behavior was unacceptable. I hope she is written up for her disgusting behavior. Please don't go there!
