Horrible service… waited in line for almost 10 min and didn’t get my latte. The old lady that was going to take my order was vary rude..
How this location is still open I’ll never understand. Placed an order went to the drive thru, nothing pulled up to the windows nothing. Went inside gas attendant told me it’s just one person. Ok I can understand, waited 5 minutes nothing. He said maybe she is in the bathroom. A lady came out but it was a customer. I saw the long paper trail of orders I called out. Nothing. This location is absolutely terrible.
Took me 5 minutes to get a plain croissant at a non rush hour time. I had to ask for it otherwise I don’t know how long it will take. Very non- organized. Messy.
Terrible service, something was wrong with my strawberry banana refresher after I drink it I spent the whole day in the bathroom. Never going to this dunking donuts again
Poor service, no professional staff, 1 mini bag for 2 items, and no napkin
