My go to spot, I don’t go to any other dunks-drinks are always made well, foods always fresh and the staff are super friendly and kind; 10/10🤍
I went into the store to get breakfast, and there were three employees working inside. None of them came to ask what I needed. There was also a man standing in front of them, but no one greeted me or offered help. I felt ignored, and the customer service on that side was not good. I hope this can be improved so customers feel welcomed and attended to.
Today's visit reminds me of why I don't come to dunkin often; I like their drinks, food, and prices, but I rarely get exactly what I order. I got the 5$ meal deal(Med. Coffee, hash brown and wakeup wrap). I requested decaf + light ice on the coffee and no hash browns. I was told it would cost more without the hash browns and I could just throw them away if I dont want them.
