I have a wide criteria for acceptance for dunks but they didnt fill a large iced up all the way, they forgot the small iced and two sandwiches were raw / cold. Come on yall.
Service is slow at best And they’re always out of things. FYI, they’re now asking for tips. They have to literally hand the card reader out to the customer just so you can select 10, 15 or 20% This is now slowing the line down even more and is ridiculous.
My whole wake up wrap was burnt
I hate doing this because I used to work in food service and I know how stressful things can get and mistakes happen but genuinely this Dunkin location is not it. I frequent this location with my boyfriend often, and every time without fail, something from my order or his is incorrect or done poorly.
