Went through the drive through and asked for a large iced coffee black with two sugars melted. Get up to window and the sugar is not melted. Told, very rudely, by the staff they don’t do melted sugar. When I asked why they said it takes too much time. Dumbest statement I’ve ever heard. If you know how to properly melt sugar it adds 5-10 second to the entire process, yet I could have ordered a frozen mocha coffee which would take at least 30 more seconds to make than an iced coffee. Let me tell you why I was so impressed by this place. Our local area was devastated by flooding and tornadoes. The entire region was on generators and people run edge. The staff at Dunkin we're unbelievably kind and understanding and did a great job.
