I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this location consistently provides poor customer service, and at this point it needs to be said. The staff regularly rushes customers through the line in an unprofessional and impatient manner. Asking for basic items like napkins feels like an inconvenience, and on more than one occasion I’ve had difficulty getting proper change. As much as I come to this Dunkin and it’s usually a woman who gets my order right, not only did the man behind the register get my order wrong, he also got very rude with me when I went back up to the register to request a correction for my order. I asked him very clearly for 2 loaded hashbrowns, extra crispy, and 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. The sandwiches were correct but they gave me regular hashbrowns. Have had issues with the drive thru several times. Customer service lacking. Will be dishonest about their available items for whatever reason. Not customer friendly at all. Too bad it's the closest DD otherwise I would drive the extra 10 minutes to avoid this one.
One of the better ones around, has great coffe and fast but busy drive through.
