First and last time coming here. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at a drive thru in my life. Me and my mother went to pick up an online order and I placed an order for a vanilla bean coolata with whipped cream and 2 hazelnut shots at the drive thru. My order is always wrong
I have never felt so disrespected at a Dunkin’ Donuts before. During my recent visit, an employee (Ashley) rushed me at the drive-thru, repeatedly saying “Hello, hello, hello” in a condescending tone—despite there being no one behind me. It was snowing, and I was simply trying to place my order.
